About My Apostille Service: The services provided by Hollywood Notary.Net described below are your payment for us going to get the Apostille for you. In order to obtain your Apostille, you will also have to pay for the following fees, if applicable, in addition to my fees stated below: the Los Angeles County Clerk charges $9 per document authenticated, and the Secretary of State of California charges $26 for the first document Apostilled or Certified, and $20 for each additional document that is signed by the same County Clerk deputy.

For your convenience, I offer 2 reasonably-priced services for quickly obtaining Apostilles for your Los Angeles County documents. You can combine this service with Fed Ex shipping (using your Fed Ex account number or a credit card to pay for shipping):

Express Apostille Service:

For a fee of $160 (or $110 for an official state document), I will get an Apostille quickly (usually within 1 business day) for up to 10 documents. You will get your Apostilled documents delivered back to you normally within 1 business day. If your documents have not yet been notarized when I pick them up, I can notarize up to 10 signatures on your documents at no additional charge. If your State documents do not require authentication of a Notary, then I will get the Apostille for you for a fee of $110. Included in this price are pick up and delivery of your documents to your location (for local orders) , or a trip to your shipper of choice for out of town orders(Fed Ex, UPS, DHL). Note: I can collect a separate check from you, made out to "Secretary of State" for the amount owed to them. You can reimburse me for the $9 per signature charges of the Los Angeles County Clerk (if required).

Certified State Documents and Certified County Documents

Official copies of documents issued by the State of California and documents signed by a County Clerk within California do not require notarization or authentication by a County Clerk. If this is the case with your documents, for a fee of $110, I will get an Apostille for up to 10 documents. The documents should be delivered back to you within 1 business day.

Economy Apostille Service

If you want to save yourself time and money on getting your Apostille, use my convenient Economy Apostille Service. Simply make an appointment to drop off your documents to me at my location in Los Angeles zip code 90018, and you can pick them up from me (by appointment) within 3 business days. For this service, you will pay $80 for notarized documents and $55 for State Documents that need an Apostille. All clients must pay for the fees charged by the Los Angeles County Recorder ($9.00 per document), and by the Secretary of State ($20.00 per Apostille plus $6.00 per County Clerk or County official authenticated).

This service is available for any documents notarized by me or by any Notary or Official from Los Angeles County.

Note: on rare occasions, the Secretary of State or Los Angeles County Clerk's office can experience computer and/or power outages, which may cause a delay or disruption to this service. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately. Hollywood Notary.Net will still be owed the full amount agreed to in any case of delay due to circumstances beyond its control.
