We offer 2 Services for Authentication of Notary for California Notaries whose primary place of business is in Los Angeles County or Orange County: a 3-day service and a 1-day service. You can drop off your documents at our office (by appointment only) or send them to the following shipping/mailing address:

Affordable 3-day Notary Authentication Service
If you have documents that are notarized by a Los Angeles County Notary Public or an Orange County Notary Public that need to be authenticated, you can drop them off at our office, and they will be ready for pick up within 3 business days. If you wish to pick up the documents, we will call you when they are ready. Call David Ransom at (323)393-5822 to make arrangements to drop off your documents. Our office is located at:

Please send an email to hollywoodnotary@gmail.com to let me know that the package is coming. The fee for this service is $55 for the first document authenticated and $20 for each additional document. We will call you when we are shipping your documents to you, or when your documents are available for pickup. You may also choose to have your documents delivered back to you with Fed Ex, UPS or DHL( with your Fed Ex, UPS or DHL account number). Otherwise, your documents will be sent back to you using USPS Priority Mail for a mandatory $5 fee.
Rush 1-day Notary Authentication Service for Los Angeles County Documents and Orange County Documents
If you want to get your Notary Authentication sent back to you next-business day with Fed Ex, DHL or UPS, we can do that for you! The cost is $120 for the first document authenticated and $22 for each additional document. Otherwise, we will ship your authenticated documents back to you with USPS Priority Mail for $5.
