If you need a Certificate of Status (status printout or Certificate of Good Standing) for your California Corporation, California Limited Liability Company (LLC Companies), Limited Partnership, General Partnership, or Limited Liablility Partnership(LLP) from the Secretary of State's office in California, we offer a fantastic service!
Certificate of Good Standing Service for California Business Entities, including California Corporations, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP), and LLC Companies
Processing your Certificate of Good Standing order quickly requires 2 trips to the Secretary of State's office. After your first phone call (and after you pay through Pay Pal), we make a trip to to the Secretary of State's office in Sacramento and order the document, in-person (my associate in Sacramento processes the order). After we have placed the order, we normally have to wait about 1 day for someone at the Secretary of State's office to call us to say that the order is ready. Once we have your Certificate of Good Standing in our hands, we then scan it and email it to you, and then we mail it to you using Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service, which is tracked- included in the $95 price. If you wish, we can also send it by Fed Ex (for $125 total). We can also use your Fed Ex or UPS account. Additional Certificates in the same order are $30 each. This price includes emailing you a scanned image of the Certificate. Please be sure that your company is in good standing by verifying with the California Secretary of State's office (online) before placing an order (if you are not sure that you company is in good standing), otherwise you will get a printout which says that the company is not in good standing.

- Send an email to us at: hollywoodnotary@gmail.com, with the name of the business, registration number with the Secretary of State, address of the business and where the document should be sent, and
- Call David Ransom at (323)393-5822 to let him know that you have placed the order so that we can get to work on your order right away.
If you would like to get an Apostille or Authentication from the Secretary of State for your Certificate of Status (i.e., Certificate of Good Standing), we can do this for an additional $45 to any of the above Services - just let us know when you call. You must specify the country of destination for your document in order to get the Apostille or Authentication.
