All services are by appointment only. Please call to schedule an appointment!
Notice that my travel fees are really low for the Hollywood area. This is because I concentrate most of my business in Hollywood. The fees are really low, so don't be cheap! Call me! Please note: although I am a Mobile Notary (Traveling Notary), I also allow people to come to me with their documents, by appointment, thus not having to pay a travel fee to me. Please call first!

I also provide a great place in Hollywood for people to meet me for notarization, with a low, reduced travel fee of $7, with my Hollywood Special. Again, this is by appointment only, and the location of the place is revealed upon booking the appointment. After booking the appointment, if we (you and I) discover that my Notary Services are not needed, a combined travel and inconvenience fee of $17 will be due to me immediately.

Travel Fee: The Travel Fee to any and all businesses is $38. This rate is valid every day until 9PM. The Travel Fee for residential customers depends on the zip code where the job will be performed, as follows:

Travel to Zip Codes: 90018, 90019, 90016, 90010, 90005, 90007, 90036, 90004, 90020: $10 per call

Travel to Zip Codes: 90008, 90062, 90037, 90089, 90006, 90005, 90004, 90035, 90034, 90048, 90015, 90012, 90232, 90230, 90056, 90043, 90210, 90212: $17 per call

Travel to Zip Codes (flat areas only): 90038, 90028,90029 and flat areas of 90046, 90069 and 90068: $9 per call

Travel to Zip Codes (The Hills): 90046 (Hollywood Hills area only), 90068 (Hollywood Hills area only), 90027 and 90069 (Hollywood Hills area only) : $38 per call

Travel to Zip Codes: 90039, 90026, 90017, 90015, 90011, 90021, 90013, 90014, 90012, 90064, 90066: $20 per call.

Travel to all other zip codes in Los Angeles not listed: $38 per call.

Waiting Fee:: If I arrive at our agreed-upon meeting place on-time and I have to wait for you more than 15 minutes past our agreed-upon time, there will be a waiting fee of $1 per minute past the first 15 minutes that I have to wait for you, in addition to my above fees.

Airport Travel Fee:$60 travel fee for Notary Service calls to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or to Burbank Airport (BUR)

Incovenience Fee: Your travel fee (as outlined on this page) plus $10.00 per call if I travel to a scheduled signing and no signing takes place due to a signer's inability or unwillingness to sign.

Travel fee discount: For each signature over 1, subtract $1 from the travel fee ( up to a maximum of the travel fee for your area, not available with the Hollywood Special).

Hotel Parking Fee: will be the actual amount charged to the Notary by the hotel for parking. (If parking at your hotel is free with validation, then this charge does not apply! If there is convenient free parking on the street, I will opt for that first.)

Rush Hour Travel Surcharge(for appointment times between 5PM and 8PM, added to above travel fees): $20

Late Hours Travel Surcharge: (for appointment times between the hours of 8PM to11PM, added to above area travel fees ): $40

After Hours Travel Surcharge:(for appointment times between 11PM and 7:30AM, added to above travel fee): $70

The You Woke Me Up Surcharge: If I allow you to come to my home between 12AM and 7:30AM to notarize your documents, there will be a surcharge of $20 for me to open the door.

Hollywood Special A reduced travel fee of $7 plus $10 per signature between the hours of 9AM til 5PM



Loan Signing Agent Services:

  • 1.) Travel Service, where I will meet your client in their home, at a scheduled time, for their convenience. The fees, which include the travel fee already built-in, are:

    First set of loan documents signed: $150; negotiable.

    Second set of loan documents signed: $50

    Charge to print loan documents: $15-30 per set printed

    Charge to pick up and drop off loan documents: $50 per round-trip. Cancellation (two hours or less notice): $50

    Note: if you can provide my company with multiple loan signings per day, the travel service fees might be negotiable downward.
